Firearms - Drug Trafficking Crimes - Penalties

Synopsis:

Increasing from 20 to 25 years the maximum penalty for a first offense of firearm possession during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime; and increasing the minimum penalty from 10 to 15 years and the maximum penalty from 20 to 25 years for a second or subsequent offense.
