Acupuncture

Synopsis:

Adding licensed acupuncturists to the list of providers who are subject to specified prohibitions concerning the concealment and destruction of medical records and reports; providing that each member of the State Board of Acupuncture is entitled to compensation in accordance with the budget of the Board and to reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board; altering certain qualifications for licensure as an acupuncturist; etc.
