Synopsis:

Prohibiting a court from transferring to the juvenile court a case involving specified children who are alleged to have committed or aided and abetted in the commission of a crime of violence within 1,000 feet of school property; narrowing the original jurisdiciton of the juvenile court to preclude the juvenile court from exercising jurisdiction over specified children who are alleged to have committed or aided and abetted in the commission of a crime of violence within 1,000 feet of school property; etc.
