Synopsis:

Requiring a representative of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to perform at least one complete environmental inspection of each food establishment every 6 months; requiring a representative of the Department to inspect a food establishment on receipt of a complaint alleging a violation of this subtitle or any rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle; etc.
