Food Service Managers - Certification

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a certification program for food service managers employed in food service facilities; altering the licensure qualifications for a food service facility; requiring a food service manager to be certified by the Department within a specified period after employment with a food service facility; authorizing the Department to deny an application for a certain license if the Department finds that the applicant has employed a certain uncertified individual; etc.
