Requiring the Garrett County Board of License Commissioners to charge a $250 issuing fee when the Board issues a Sunday sales license; authorizing the Board to charge the issuance fees at a specified time for specified licenses issued before the effective date of the Act; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Garrett County.
