Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment to warn permit holders about potential permit or registration revocation for violating the permit or registration or a corrective or other final order for 12 months; requiring the Department to revoke permits or registrations when a permit or registration or a corrective or other final order is violated for 12 months after the issuance of a warning; requiring those who have had their permit or registration revoked to reapply for a permit or registration; etc.
