Ignition Interlock System Programs

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to establish an ignition interlock system program for administrative per se offenses; providing that a person whose license is suspended for an administrative per se offense may be a participant in the Program; authorizing the Administration to modify a suspension or issue a restrictive license to a participant; providing for specified penalties relating to any ignition interlock system program established by the Administration; etc.
