Synopsis:

Allowing qualifying community associations to bring actions in the circuit court against qualifying nuisances, based on certain code violations, within Prince George's County; requiring specified notices; requiring that a procedure under the Act be expedited in a specified manner; providing that a political subdivision may not be subject to an action under the Act; providing for and limiting the construction of the Act; etc.
