Maryland Plumbing Act - State Board of Plumbing - Civil Penalties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Plumbing to impose certain civil penalties, not to exceed $5,000 for each day or part of a day that a violation continues, for violations of { 12-601 of the Maryland Plumbing Act; requiring the Board to consider the gravity of the violation, the good faith of the violator, the quantity and gravity of previous violations by the same violator, the harm caused, the assets of the violator, and any other factors that the Board considers relevant; etc.
