Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $900,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Sinai Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, repair, reconstruction, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the emergency department of Sinai Hospital, to be located at 2401 West Belvedere Avenue in Baltimore; and prohibiting the use of the funds for sectarian religious purposes.
