Synopsis:

Making it a felony if a person, while fleeing or eluding the police, recklessly engages in conduct that creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another; making it a felony and increasing the maximum fine if injury or death to another person results from a driver of a vehicle attempting to elude the police by willfully failing to stop a vehicle; making it a felony for a person to assault a police officer or other individual in the course of fleeing or eluding the police; etc.
