Drivers' Licenses - Medical Advisory Board - Disclosure of Records and Reports

Synopsis:

Requiring the disclosure to an individual or the individual's attorney on request of the individual or the individual's attorney of medical records of the Medical Advisory Board of the Motor Vehicle Administration used to determine the qualifications of the individual to drive; and requiring the disclosure to an individual or the individual's attorney on request of the individual or the individual's attorney of reports made by a physician if the reports are used to determine the qualifications of the individual to drive.
