Prohibiting the driver of a motor vehicle from operating, or
permitting the operation of, a sound amplification system in a
specified manner under specified conditions; excluding authorized

systems used to request assistance or for advertising, parades, or
political or special events; and providing that a violation is a
misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $50.
