Synopsis:

Establishing the offense of aggressive driving; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to assess 5 points against an individual convicted of aggressive driving; and providing for a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 2 months, or both for conviction of aggressive driving.
