Juvenile Court Records - Confidentiality

Synopsis:

Broadening access to and use of juvenile court records on a child who has been adjudicated delinquent for an act that would be punishable by a term of imprisonment, is at least 16 years of age, and has been previously adjudicated delinquent on at least two separate occasions for committing acts that would have been punishable by terms of imprisonment if committed by an adult; requiring this juvenile court record to be included as criminal history information under the Criminal Justice Information System; and making stylistic changes.
