Motor Vehicles For Hire - Solicitation of Baltimore-Washington International Airport Passengers

Synopsis:

Prohibiting owners and operators of motor vehicles for hire from soliciting certain passengers at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport unless that individual or that individual's company has a contract with the Baltimore-Washington International Airport to solicit passengers; establishing penalties for violation of the Act; and generally relating to the regulation of motor vehicles for hire.
