Synopsis:

Requiring the Prince George's County Board of Education to implement the use of school uniforms by all students in the public schools in the County by a specified date under specified circumstances; allowing schools to elect not to participate under specified circumstances and to reinstate participation under specified circumstances; allowing the Board to provide specifications; prohibiting the Prince George's County Board of Education from purchasing uniforms, providing uniforms to students or subsiding the purchase of uniforms.
