State's Attorneys - Plea Bargaining - Annual Report

Synopsis:

Requiring the respective State's Attorneys of each of the counties in the State to monitor the use of plea bargaining and to report annually to the Attorney General on the number of plea bargains in their respective counties and the reasons for each plea bargain.
