Charles County - Length of Service Award Program - Benefits for Disability

Synopsis:

Expanding the entitlement of benefits for qualified volunteers of the Charles County volunteer fire companies, volunteer rescue squads, and mobile intensive care units who have completed a specified minimum amount of service, who become totally and permanently disabled for any reason, and whose disability is certified in a specified manner; requiring a specified review by the County Commissioners; etc.
