Synopsis:

Defining a certain restricted area in and around the Inner Harbor in Baltimore City, called the Inner Harbor Tourism Area, so as to promote the economic vitality of the Baltimore Convention Center; creating a certain alcoholic beverages license; permitting certain alcoholic beverages licensees in that area of Baltimore City to remain open until a certain time; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Baltimore City.
