Income Tax Credit for Computers Donated to Schools and Libraries

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against the State income tax in the amount of $50 for each computer donated by an individual or a corporation to a public or private elementary or secondary school or public library located in the State so the school or library may make the computer available for long-term loan to students; etc.
