Entitled:
Tax Credit for Computers Donated to Employees with Children

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against the State income tax, insurance premiums tax, financial institution franchise tax, and public service company franchise tax in the amount of $50 for each computer donated by an employer to an employee with children; providing for the carryover of unused credit if the credit exceeds the total tax otherwise payable for a taxable year; and applying the Act to tax years after 1997.
