Synopsis:

Establishing the Public Education Employment Relations Commission; requiring the Commission to decide controversies and disputes, adopt rules and regulations, provide for supervision of elections, make determinations concerning employment matters, and provide assistance and advice under specified circumstances; requiring the Governor to appoint members of the Commission; establishing the terms of members; and specifying the powers of the Commission.
