Football Stadium at Camden Yards - Lottery Funding Deficiency

Synopsis:

Requiring any revenue derived from the sale, lease, or other use of the name of a professional football stadium constructed at Camden Yards in Baltimore City, which is needed to offset any deficiency in State lottery proceeds for funding stadium construction costs, to accrue to the Maryland Stadium Authority to offset the deficiency; and requiring the Authority to determine the amount of any deficiency.
