Synopsis:

Establishing a new "Class S (show) vehicle" registration class for motor vehicles that are driven less than 1,000 miles annually and are used only for occasional transportation and for exhibitions, parades, and similar purposes; requiring an applicant for registration of a show motor vehicle to make a certification regarding the use of the vehicle; establishing an annual registration fee of $13.50; providing for a special registration plate; exempting show motor vehicles from equipment and inspection requirements; etc.
