Synopsis:

Allowing workers' compensation insurers to use rate credits for employers that use a managed care plan; requiring a workers' compensation insurer that uses the rate credit authorized by the Act to file with the Insurance Commissioner; providing that the Act does not limit the right of an injured employee to choose a medical care provider; requiring certain notice under certain circumstances; allowing the Board for the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund to offer managed care programs under specified circumstances; etc.
