Synopsis:

Authorizing the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to develop educational materials, programs, and policies for the prevention of accidents and injuries involving the operators and users of amusement attractions and amusement owners; and authorizing the Commissioner to meet and confer with the individuals and groups that the Commissioner considers necessary to assist in the development of educational materials, programs, and policies under the Act.
