Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County to provide for the enforcement of ordinances, rules, and regulations in the same manner and to the same extent as municipal infractions in the District Court; authorizing the prosecution of violations of ordinances and resolutions of St. Mary's County as misdemeanors in the District Court; and providing for the prospective application of the Act.
