Death Penalty - Aggravating Circumstances

Synopsis:

Expanding the list of aggravating circumstances to be considered by a court or jury in a death penalty case to include a murder that was committed by a defendant who exhibited a callous disregard for human life and acted in a specified way, by a defendant who had been convicted of stalking the victim, by a defendant who previously had committed first degree murder arising out of a different incident, by a defendent who was on parole for a previous murder, or by a defendant who murdered victims individually over a period of time.
