Disabled Persons - Service Dog Trainers - Public Accommodations

Synopsis:

Requiring equal access, subject to specified conditions, to public accommodations for guide dog trainers when training dogs to serve as guides for visually handicapped or hearing or mobility impaired persons; prohibiting extra charges for the accommodations; providing that specified service dog trainer organizations may be liable for personal injuries or damages to premises under specified circumstances; establishing penalties for violations; etc.
