Synopsis:

Providing that laws governing the disposition of abandoned property do not apply to business associations; providing that specified property held by a business association under specified circumstances is not abandoned property; providing that specified securities held by a business association for a specified amount of time is not abandoned property under any circumstance; and providing that specified personal property is not abandoned property.
