Synopsis:

Requiring specified marketing documents of a health maintenance organization and carrier to describe the amount of compensation and bonuses paid to executives and officers of the health maintenance organization or carrier and the proportion of revenue of the health maintenance organization or carrier spent on medical services; and requiring a health benefit carrier, on request by a specified health care provider or patient, to provide the health care provider or patient with information about specified fee schedules of the carrier.
