Synopsis:

Authorizing the Child Support Enforcement Administration to request specified information from specified licensing units; requiring specified licensing units to revoke or deny professional or recreational licenses of obligors whose child support arrearage is over a specified amount; requiring specified revocation of licenses; requiring specified licensing units to provide obligors specified information prior to revocation or denial of a license; providing for a specified investigation; etc.
