Authorizing professional correctional officers of the Prince George's County Department of Corrections to exercise police powers in Prince George's County, including the power to arrest persons under specified circumstances; and requiring the Director of the Prince George's County Department of Corrections, in consultation with the Police Training Commission, to adopt requirements and standards for professional correctional officers.
