Synopsis:

Including holders of County Class H beer and light wine licenses for specified bowling establishments in Montgomery County among those licensees not subject to the prohibition on multiple licenses; deleting, subject to specified conditions, bowling alleys from the prohibition on Class H beer and light wine licenses; providing for a certain transfer; and generally to alcoholic beverages in Montgomery County.
