Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Director of the Montgomery County Department of Liquor Control from contracting with persons to operate specified retail liquor stores, except for specified stores operating as of a specified date, and subject to specified limitations; prohibiting the County Department of Liquor Control from selling alcoholic beverages to different licensees or classes at different prices; allowing specified products and prohibiting specified other products to be sold in specified retail liquor stores; etc.
