Prohibiting employee organizations from requiring employees to pay
fees not related to collective bargaining, contract administration, or
grievance adjustment; requiring an employee organization to report
expenses; authorizing an employee to elect by written consent to pay
fees; requiring the consents to include audited fee descriptions;
requiring an employer to distribute a specified notice to employees;
and prohibiting payroll deductions for dues for failure by an employee
organization to fully provide information in a consent.
