Synopsis:

Requiring the State Racing Commission to issue electronic gaming licenses to qualified track applicants and qualified satellite simulcast applicants; prohibiting the State Racing Commission from issuing more than a specified number of licenses to conduct electronic gaming; requiring electronic gaming suppliers to be licensed; etc.
