Synopsis:

Requiring an eligible organization that owns and operates slot machines to send a specified annual report regarding the income and disposition of income of each machine to the sheriff of the county in which each machine is located; requiring supervision of repairs to coin meters or counters; requiring proceeds from slot machines to be deposited in a separate escrow account; authorizing license sanctions; providing for regulations; increasing the slot machine license fee; making specified definitions; etc.
