Community Colleges - State Aid - Hold Harmless Component - Eligibility - Calculation

Synopsis:

Providing that a board of community college trustees is eligible for a hold harmless component of State aid if the percentage change of the direct grant to the board for the fiscal year compared to the board's direct grant for the prior fiscal year is less than the mean average increase for all of the community colleges; providing that the amount of the hold harmless component shall be determined by a specified calculation; etc.
