CIA, Crack, and Contras - Sentencing Recalculation and Public Information

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to recalculate specified sentencing; and requiring the Governor to collect, compile, and publish all State documents that discuss or indicate collaboration between federal and State law enforcement that is related to the alleged involvement of the CIA with the Nicaraguan Contras.
