Health - Refrigerated Foods - Sale After Certain Dates

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the sale of foods that must be refrigerated to preserve the food for human consumption at a later time after a sell-by date or after 7 days after a use-by date; providing that a violator of the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a fine not to exceed $100; etc.
