Blind or Visually Impaired Individuals - Information Technology - Access

Synopsis:

Requiring the Chief of Information Technology in the Department of Budget and Management, in consultation with the Information Technology Board, to develop specified performance standards for information technology in order to provide specified blind or visually impaired individuals access to specified information technology; requiring that the Chief establish specified procurement specifications and provide specified advice and technical assistance to the State and specified organizations; etc.
