Synopsis:

Altering, from 1 year to 2 years, the amount of time during which an insurer, that is not a life, health, surety, wet marine and transportation, or title insurer, shall continue to renew through an agent or broker with which the agency agreement has terminated policies that have not been replaced with other insurers.
