Entitled:
Prohibition of the Receipt of Scrap Metal Delivered in a Shopping Cart

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person licensed to operate a junkyard, an automotive dismantler and recycler facility, or scrap metal processing facility or a person doing business as a junk dealer or scrap metal processor from receiving scrap metal delivered in a shopping cart; and providing that a person who violates the Act is punishable by a $1,000 civil fine for each violation.
