Crimes and Punishments - Explosive Materials - Identification and Detection Taggants

Synopsis:

Making it a crime to manufacture, design, assemble, possess, sell, resell, buy, use, transport, ship, distribute, or receive any explosive materials without identification and detection taggants in this State; making it a crime to possess, sell, resell, buy, use, transport, ship, distribute, or receive any explosive materials made after the effective date of the Act in this State if the explosive material does not have identification taggants and detection taggants; making a violation of a provision of the Act a felony; etc.
