Requiring the registration with the Secretary of the State Police of certain individuals who perform security systems services or have access to circumvential information about security systems; establishing the procedures and requirements for registration of security systems technicians; requiring an applicant for a license to either execute a fidelity bond or obtain insurance before obtaining a license; etc.
