Synopsis:

Requiring business entities that propose to hire recipients of Family Investment Program benefits to certify to the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation specified information related to the positions for which the business entity wants to hire FIP recipients; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to provide certain assistance to the local departments of social services related to the identification of jobs for FIP recipients; etc.
