Child Support - Tax Refunds - Fees

Synopsis:

Repealing a provision that allows the Child Support Enforcement Administration to charge a specified fee for support services; repealing a provision that allows the Administration to deduct from the child support payment specified costs under the Income Tax Refund Intercept Program; requiring the State Comptroller to withhold and pay to the Administration a specified amount from specified income tax refunds; and requiring the Comptroller to pay to the obligor a specified part of the tax refund.
